“i am nothing on my own but everything because of god.”

-Kaila Wilde

"When we love and uplift..."

We are all living life with different struggles. We are all navigating life, and though we travel our own paths, we encounter the same themes and realities under different circumstances. A tarot deck is representative of the spectrum of the human experience. Each card in tarot has a traditional meaning and each deck the creator’s interpretation of that meaning. Kaila Wilde uses her knowledge and interpretation of the tarot as a personal growth tool and to create an affirmative statement + note to keep us lifted and to remind us that we are not alone.

Each week, take what you need. Leave what you don’t.

Card:

Three of Coins (Pentacles)

Affirmation:

I recognize the value in teamwork and I love my team.

Reflection:

Rarely, if ever, are we solely responsible for the success we attain or the achievements we accomplish.

The Three of Coins (Pentacles) is often symbolic of collaboration, teamwork, and achievement. We can acquire and do many things on our own, but there will be times and circumstances in our lives when we will need people and when people will need us. The most meaningful work of our lives is going to require that we lean into and onto others at some point; A part of our dreams being actualized will be built on the power of collaborating and working with others together. With these acknowledgements, establishing a solid team should and must be an area of focus and importance in our lives. Furthermore, when we are a part of a team that operates in dependability and a certain level of intimacy or closeness, we become damn near limitless and unstoppable.

What some may call cliches, such as “teamwork makes the dream work” and “it takes a village”,  in actuality hold a lot of value and truth. These proverbials speak to not only establishing a team, but cultivating our team once it has been established. Cultivating our team entails reasonably and appropriately encouraging growth and supporting those in our sphere. Overwhelmingly, when we love and uplift we are loved and uplifted; Putting that type of energy into our team strengthens and sustains the bonds and deep connections that are essential pertaining to achievement at a high level. Nobody does this shit alone.

Application:

  • Surround yourself with people who want the things you want. People who see the things you see. People who value the things you value. No relationship of any kind is without flaws, but the team should be rooted in the same soil.

  • Make time to check on and be there for your teammates. When they need you, show up. When they need you, listen. When they need you, give your perspective. I understand that we all have life going on. I am simply saying that this is a part of life - balance accordingly.

*You may call your team your circle, clique, tribe, village, etc.; Also, this can be plural. It is definitely possible (probably likely) that you have multiple teams.

"Everything that feels good for us..."

"When we find ourselves in states of confusion..."
